A Magnetic Clutch Bearings is a double angular contact ball bearing having one outer ring and one inner ring.

It is put together between driving pulley and hallow shaft of the air-conditioner compressor of car and has the merit of easy assembly because of the shape.

It has axial rigidity better than that of deep groove ball bearing, and that improves clutching efficiency through minimization of the gap of the clutch and enables bearing to support axial vibrant force by belt vibration.

This bearing has to stand high speed of 10,000 rpm under outer ring rotation and high temperature as an engine-related part.

Magnetic Clutch Bearings has very severe requirements that it should warrant long life because it always has to operate as long as a car works and the grease should not leak from bearing in order to keep the performance of the clutch.

As this bearing has the thin inner and outer ring, it can be easily deformed. Therefore it is needed to have the care of manufacturing. KBC has been developed and produced this bearing by using the long life bearing material, the seal of specific shape and material, special grease and particular manufacturing method.
